BACK ON TRACK

Losing weight is relatively easy; If you compare it to staying on your target weight. Everyone can follow a diet but the hard part comes after you 'finished' your diet.

You do not need a diet, you need a lifestyle change. Learning how to make healthy and conscious choices will make the difference between permanent weight loss and doing a diet. We developed BACK ON TRACK. A program that teaches you how to make the right choices and live a full life in which you can all the things you like but still maintain a healthy weight. Being in control of your own behaviour around food and exercise. That is what BACK ON TRACK offers.  

WHAT IS BACK ON TRACK?

A healthy lifestyle is a basis for a happy life. Having a healthy relationship with food, being in control of your eating habits and prevent food binging, makes all the difference. Knowing what you should eat and why you should eat it is evenly important. 

Only when you change your behaviour, you are able to change the number on the scale.

We developed a program that does just that: BACK ON TRACK. A program that lets you change your behaviour regarding food and also hands you the knowledge and tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

The BACK ON TRACK program consists of three phases. Together with your coach, you will work your way through.

In phase 1 we start at the very beginning as you'll learn the basics about food and terminology that is frequently used by food experts. We also have a first look at your behaviour towards food. 

In phase 2 You start making real changes in your diet. The challenge is the main topic in this phase. This challenge is a reset for your body and mind. It will change the way you regard food. 

In phase 3 you start learning how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to apply the BACK ON TRACK principles to your daily life. Together, we will find ways to help you overcome difficult situations regarding food. We make a start on changing your behaviour regarding food permanently. 

When you completed the three phases you should be strong and confident enough to keep your good behaviour up and when times get rough you will always have the facebook support group to get yourself BACK ON TRACK again!
